All these Italian Citizens will lose the identifying registration from their place of residence and will be filed in an appropriate registry from the Ministry of the Interior: the registry of without fixed dwelling.
If this bill in parliament were approved of in definitive way from a day to the other thousands of Italian Citizens they will be able to see cancelled the identifying registration from the Municipalities where they live for being filed in an appropriate registry like “without fixed dwelling”.
